Cover the ribs with soy sauce and then with the rub.
Cook for 10 minutes directly over the barbecue, then wrap them in tinfoil and put them back over the grill for 45 minutes.
Open the tinfoil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and then cook for another 10 minutes
Chop the baby tomatoes and peppers, and then add some basil leaves, salt and pepper as an accompaniment.
