Ingredients

- Pulled Pork already frayed
- 500 g of potatoes
- 100g cheddar
- 80g of potato starch
- Salt to taste.
- EVO oil to taste.



Proceedings
First, peel and chop the potatoes and then boil them for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the pulled pork in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800w.Once the potatoes have become soft drain them and mash them to a smooth puree, add the starch and knead everything together. Cut the cheddar and keep it aside. Take a ball of dough and flatten it on the palm of one hand.
Now spread some of the pulled and cheddar in the center.
Close and give the dough a circular shape and lay it, in a pan with a little oil. Bake the potato scones until they are nicely browned and then serve hot.
