This is what OPAS asks us, the largest product organisation in Italy, which represents 12% of Italian pig farming. So in 2016, OPAS created the Eat Pink brand to promote a nutritious Italian product.
The idea was to create a real food movement that suits the tastes of the most demanding consumers who want a healthy, delicious product which they know where it comes from.
BUT WHERE TO START PRODUCTION?
It is June 2021 and it is hot. You are looking for a breath of fresh air, but in Carpi in Modena, the ovens are on full blast! The new Eat Pink production department is up and running: here they make amazing, tender fillets and also save energy!
This is because Eat Pink also wants to make the world a better place to live in, investing in the most sustainable choices possible, and making a commitment to cut CO2 emissions and to use recyclable and recycled materials.
