INGREDIENTS:
– 400g of Eat Pink tender loin
– apples
– butter
– shallot
– star anise
– sugar
– butter
– red wine
– extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Add some extra virgin olive oil into a saucepan and seal in the meat’s juices on all sides. Fry the apples with butter and shallot. Add star anise, sugar and salt. Cover with red wine and cook for 45 minutes.
