Ingredients

- Pulled pork already frayed
- 2 Soft brioche-type sandwiches or burger buns
- 1 small carrot
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 100 gr Red Cabbage
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt, pepper to taste.

Proceedings
Start by preparing the coleslaw sauce. Take the red cabbage, wash it thoroughly and slice it very finely. Then grate a small carrot and chop the fresh spring onion. Put everything in a large bowl
. Separately, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper until evenly creamy. Pour this sauce over the vegetables, mix well and let
rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. This time will allow the flavors to blend best.
Meanwhile, reheat the pulled pork following the directions on the package. You can do this quickly in a skillet or in the microwave for 5 minutes, whichever you prefer.
Now take care of the sandwiches. Cut them in half and heat them in a nonstick skillet or in the oven to make them slightly crispy, without needing to use butter or other seasonings.
When everything is ready, you can assemble the sandwiches. On the base of each sandwich, you can spread a little mustard for an extra touch (optional). Then add a generous portion of hot pulled pork
, spreading it evenly. Top with a generous layer of fresh coleslaw and close with the top of the sandwich.
Serve immediately and enjoy these delicious sandwiches with a balanced and irresistible taste!
