Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper Ribs
  • 15 g of honey
  • 5 g freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 medium sweet potato (about 200-250 g)
  • Olive oil to taste.
  • Sweet paprika to taste.

Proceedings

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the sweet potato and cut it into sticks.

When the water boils, add the sweet potato sticks and cook for about 5 minutes, or until just tender but not flaky. Drain the sweet potatoes well and let it dry.

Place the sweet potato sticks on the grill of the air fryer. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and sweet paprika and then bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees, or until golden brown and crispy. Meanwhile, brush the ribs with honey and grated ginger and place the ribs in the air fryer and heat for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees until the honey starts to caramelize and the ribs become crispy. Serve the ribs with hot sweet potato sticks.
