Ingredients

- “The Tender One” morsel
- 1/2 romaine cabbage
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 fresh chili pepper
- 4 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste.



Proceedings
Wash the vegetables and cut them into regular pieces. Chop the spring onion. In a frying pan, brown the spring onion with 2 basil leaves and chopped chili pepper in a little oil.
Add the vegetables in the following order: first the carrot, after 2 min the peppers, and after 2 min the zucchini and romaine cabbage. Brown well, season with salt and pepper.
In a separate pan, brown the loin chunks with a drizzle of oil for 5-6 min, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the morsels to the vegetables, saute 2 min, add the remaining basil leaves, and serve.
