

Bacon Pork Loin Fillet Club Sandwich

Ingredients

- Loin of pork loin with bacon
- 12 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into slices
- 3 teaspoons of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Tabasco
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Butter to toast the bread



Proceedings
Heat bacon loin tenderloin in microwave at 800W for 5 minutes and to create a crust, brown it for 2 minutes in a skillet.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, Worchestershire sauce and Tabasco in a bowl until it becomes uniform. Toast the sandwich bread slices in a skillet with butter until crispy.
Now cut the lettuce and tomato into thin slices and season with oil, salt, pepper and basil. Now it is your turn to cut the loin of pork loin into thin slices and assemble the club sandwich.
Take a slice of toast and spread a thin layer of sauce on it. Add a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. On top of the tomato, place a slice of loin fillet, close and repeat the process.
