BBQ PULLED PORK IN AUBERGINE AND MOZZARELLA SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
– aubergines
– tomato
– onion
– mozzarella
– thyme
– basil
– salt
– oil

INSTRUCTIONS: Wash the aubergines, cut them into slices, season them and close them in tinfoil and then bake at 180° for about 30 minutes. Fry an onion in a saucepan with a little oil, then add the tomato and the cooked aubergines. Heat up the pulled pork in a microwave and blend the mozzarella in the meantime. Take the burger bun, cut it in half and start filling it with a layer of tomato and aubergines, the pulled pork and finish it with creamy mozzarella sauce… bon appétit!
