FILLET WRAPPED IN BACON WITH BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN BEER

INGREDIENTS

  • fillet wrapped in bacon
  • Brussels sprouts
  • lager
  • extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS: Put a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan and brown the fillet wrapped in bacon on all sides. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and add them to the same pan until they turn golden brown. Add a glass of beer, put the lid over it and leave it to cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Cut the fillet into slices and plate it up piping hot!
