Ingredients

- Sliced “That Tender” Loin Eat Pink
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 200g of yellow cherry tomatoes
- 20g taggiasca olives
- 15g capers
- 1 tropea onion
- 1 glass of white wine
- Basil and oregano to taste.
- Salt and pepper to taste.



Proceedings
Chop the onion and brown it in a pan with a drizzle of evo oil, add a few basil leaves and a sprinkling of oregano. Add the capers and olives and sauté. Deglaze with
white wine. Once evaporated add the cherry tomatoes cut into 4, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10min.
in a nonstick pan brown the loin slices with a drizzle of oil for 2 min per side, deglaze with white wine and season with salt and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes to the loin.
Sprinkle with oregano and chopped basil and serve.
