

Paprika ribs with colorful cabbage

Ingredients

- Ribs with paprika and rosemary
- ½ yellow cabbage
- ½ purple cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon turmeric



Proceedings
Cook cabbage in two different small pots, in boiling water for 5/6min. drain and blend separately with half a cup of cream and water to taste, adjust salt and pepper and add: in yellow cabbage turmeric, and in purple cabbage lemon juice.
Bake the Eat Pink paprika ribs in a preheated oven at 220°C and follow the directions on the package. Cut a few florets of each cabbage and season with salt and pepper and bake along with ribs for 10 min or until browned.
At this point assemble the dish with the ribs, creamed cabbage and browned tops.
