Ingredients

- “The tender one” Eat Pink morsel
- 1 Tropea onion
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of double tomato paste
- 150ml fresh cream
- 200g basmati rice
for marinating: - 200g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon pink pepper

Proceedings
Place the Eat Pink morsels in a bowl and add the spices, the garlic clove removed from the soul and minced, and all the yogurt. Mix well and let marinate at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and once hot add the morsels with all the marinade.
Still over high heat, sauté until the meat is browned. At this point remove from the pan and keep aside.
Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the rice as directed on the package.
In the same pan as the browning of the morsels add a drizzle of oil, all the remaining spices and the chopped onion. Once the onion is browned, add the tomato paste and cream, mixing well. At this point add the previously browned morsels and cook until desired density. Season with salt and pepper and serve accompanied by boiled rice.
