Ingredients

– “The Tender One” morsel

For the marinade:
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon ginger powder
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon curry powder
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder or onion
– Pepper and salt to taste.


For the sauce:
– 1 cup of orange juice
– ½ cup of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons of whole brown sugar
– ½ clove of garlic
– Chili pepper to taste.

Proceedings

Marinate the chunks with paprika, ginger, curry, cornstarch and garlic for 5 minutes in the pan, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Remove them from the heat and in the same pan sauté the half clove of minced garlic with the chili pepper. Separately combine the soy sauce, orange juice, sugar and cornstarch. Mix it all together and add it to the pan, letting it reduce by 2/3. Now it is time for the morsels. Let everything thicken and blend and serve.
