Ingredients

  • “The Tender One” Eat Pink morsel
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion from Tropea
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 200g of noodles
  • Sesame seeds to taste.
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 fresh chili pepper

Proceedings

Cut the carrot, zucchini, and onion into thin strips. In a frying pan, heat a little oil with the chili and ginger. Add the vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper. At this point, add the Eat Pink morsels and cook for 7 minutes on high heat. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in water as per the directions on the package.

Drizzle the morsels with soy sauce, add the noodles and a drop of cooking water. Allow the sauce to reduce and remove from the heat.

Serve by sprinkling the dish with toasted sesame and finely chopped chives.
