

Salt and Pepper Ribs with BBQ Sauce-Home Made

Ingredients

- Salt and pepper ribs
- 250g of tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 knob of butter
- 50g muscovado sugar
- 80g apple cider vinegar
- 50g mustard
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon tabasco
- 2 tablespoons of sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste.



Proceedings
Reactivate in air fryer the ribs salt and pepper as directed on package. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce:
Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and add the onion, roughly chopped, minced garlic and chili pepper. Add the muscovado sugar, brown very very well. At this point deglaze with the apple cider vinegar. At this point add the tomato paste, passata, mustard the worchestershire sauce and tabasco. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 min.Whisk and strain through a strainer.When there are two minutes left until the ribs are cooked, remove them from the fryer and drizzle with BBQ-HM sauce.
Finish cooking and serve with chips to taste.
