Ingredients

  • Pulled pork already frayed
  • 6 tigelle
  • 500g avocado
  • Half White Onion
  • 35g of lime juice
  • Coriander/parsley to taste.
  • Basil to taste.
  • 1 Coppery tomato
  • Fine salt to taste.

Proceedings

For the guacamole: finely chop the onion, cilantro and basil. Divide the avocado in half, scoop out the pulp with the help of a spoon and pour it inside a bowl. Add the lime juice and begin to pound with a fork/whisk/mortar until creamy. Also add the chopped onion and cilantro and pound again to blend everything together, then adjust the salt. If you like spicy, you can add fresh chili or a few drops of ditabasco at this point. Finally, dice the tomato, removing the seeds, and add it on top of the sauce. Start heating the tigelle in the tigelliera or frying pan for 4 to 5 minutes, and at this point heat the pulled pork in the microwave for 2 minutes at 700w.
