Warm up the barbecue, Easter is just around the corner

The grilling friend has already laced up his apron, all that’s missing is…the meat! And which one if not Eat Pink’s?

It’s not Easter without pork ribs, and we have something for everyone: au naturel, with salt and pepper or with paprika and rosemary. Quick to prepare in the microwave or oven but, of course, also perfect for slow cooking on the grill with friends: choose the one that suits you best!

In this article we suggest how best to prepare them and which sauces and side dishes to pair them with for a day of taste and fun.

The queen of Easter: the grill

Tender Quelle Ribs are perfect for this type of cooking.

Still whole, in true American barbecue style, the ribs retain all the tenderness and succulence of good select meat.

To prepare them, we recommend that you create coals only on one side of the grill and cook the ribs on the other side for about an hour, away from the direct flame, so that the heat reaches the interior perfectly.

When finished cooking, move the ribs over the coals and roast the surface until golden brown-no one will be able to resist their tenderness, one will pull the other!

Without a grid, how do you do it?

Fear not, it will be a good Easter for you too. Try our Quelle Tenere Ribs in the oven: wrap them in aluminum foil to retain all the juices, cook them for one hour at 150°C and finish cooking at 220°C to seal in the tenderness inside.

If time is short or you prefer not to bother with preparation, get our Already Cooked Ribs: just regenerate them in the microwave or on the grill for a few minutes, success is assured.

Sauces and side dishes

Great meat is the basis for a great barbecue, but to further impress your guests try our pairings:

  • Potato twisters: thread the potatoes onto skewers and with the help of a knife cut them forming a spiral. Dip the skewer in flour and fry in hot oil, or sprinkle with oil and herbs and bake in a 180°C oven for 30 minutes.
  • Grilled tomatoes: slice tomatoes, season them with oil, coarse salt and oregano and place them on a hot grill. Cook them 5 minutes per side and serve along with the meat.
  • Flavored mayonnaise: thinly chop the basil and add it to the mayonnaise. Add a few drops of lemon juice and dip your ribs. Similarly, you can flavor ready-made mayonnaise with a tablespoon of paprika, curry, chili or garlic powder.

Eat Pink brings to the table during the holidays all the flavor of Italian meat and the pleasure of sharing it with those we love.
