Ingredients

- Pulled Pork frayed
- 150g Date tomatoes
- 40g Fresh spring onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Juice of ½ lime
- 10g extra virgin olive oil
- Fine salt to taste.
- 100g of sour cream
- 50g of Greek yogurt
- Peel of ½ lime
- Ready-made tacos



Proceedings
Remove the pulled pork from the package and reactivate as per the directions on the package. In the meantime, prepare the salad with which you will stuff your tacos: wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into cubes, then clean the spring onion, divide it in half lengthwise and cut it into thin slices. Finally, wash and roughly chop the parsley in a bowl combine the cherry tomatoes, spring onion and parsley, then season with extra virgin olive oil a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lime. Stir and keep momentarily aside. For the sauce, combine the Greek yogurt and sour cream in another bowl, add the grated zest of half a lime and mix thoroughly. At this point the pulled pork will be ready, so take the ready-made tacos and start stuffing them: start with a generous spoonful of pulled pork, continue with the cherry tomato and spring onion salad and finish with a few drops of yogurt sauce: your quick tacos are ready to be enjoyed!
