This is why Eat Pink is proud to share the results achieved once again through the valuable collaboration with Regusto, the platform that manages surplus food to help reduce food waste at the European level.
In this case, the reality that the company decided to support is “La Finestra del Sole,” a Leghorn-based association of social promotion engaged in volunteer work with 145 branches distributed throughout the country. The project represents concrete help to women, children and households in need and poverty.
Eat Pink espouses the cause by putting into practice its motto #helphelphelp: in fact, in August it donated 108 kilograms of products, specifically tasty Filetto alle Erbe 100% Italian, to the organization.
This amount of meat translates into 216 meals that arrive on the tables of the needy, and on this particular occasion the fillets were distributed to families in the province of Modena. In addition, with the donation Eat Pink managed to save more than 700 kg ofCO2. These two results push one step further the virtuous path that is good for society and the environment in which we live, to be shared and safeguarded.
