Back to school? No fear!

Back to school? No fear!

New year, new challenges. For children and teens, and their families, it’s time to start juggling lunches, snacks and – in many cases – with little time to spare. And as if that were not enough, there is homework, extracurricular activities, friends and entertainment. Good organization is the secret to being able to fit it all in, but in the kitchen Eat Pink also lends a big hand!

New season, new habits

After the summer break and the fun, peppered with vacation homework, yes, but also a few too many ice creams, it’s back to the routine that accompanies the whole family for most of the year.

Changing habits and schedules can prove more difficult than expected, especially for toddlers, but with a little effort there are no insurmountable problems. First, it is good to establish a new routine to stick to, from wake-up time to bedtime, to which it is important that those involved also contribute, whether they are toddlers or wild preteens. Good, too, to decide together what library or gym to attend, what backpack to buy, what books will no longer be needed, and other great little things that help everyone feel involved and supported.
