Ingredients

- Loin of pork loin with herbs
- 400 g of potatoes
- 300 g fresh green beans
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste.



Proceedings
Heat the Filet: Put the 400 g loin tenderloin in the microwave and heat it at 800 W for about 5 minutes, until hot and to form a crust brown it in a skillet over medium-high heat. for 2 minutes.
Boil the Potatoes in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, until tender but still firm. Drain and dry them well.
To proceed then to saute them use a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add 1 clove of minced garlic. When the garlic is well browned, add the potatoes and saute them until golden brown and crispy.
Clean green beans and boil them in salted water for 5-6 minutes, until tender but still crisp. Drain them and cool them in ice water to keep their bright green color.
In a skillet then, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the green beans and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the fillet to the sautéed vegetables, and the dish is ready
